AI and renewables are the two biggest shifts of this century, and they're colliding in the world's largest industry: energy.

Volter is building the operating system for business energy. When a business buys energy, a lot happens behind the scenes: forecasting, pricing, matching to renewable generation, contracting, billing. Today that's spread across old, disconnected systems. We're rebuilding it as one AI-first platform, so businesses get cheaper, cleaner energy and service that's actually built around them.

Why join now

We launched our platform in late 2025, and we're still early in building a generational company. With a small team, everyone has real ownership: you'll help shape the product, the tech and the culture as we grow, and see the impact of your work every week.

We're together in our Old Street office four days a week, because the best ideas still happen in the same room.

Our values

• Integrity, trust and transparency: we value honesty, the truth and doing the right thing, by each other, by Volter and by our customers.

• Growth, ambition and excellence: we seek excellence. Mediocre is not for us.

• Getting sh*t done: moving at speed and getting things done to drive tangible results.

• Electric enthusiasm: we bring optimism and a can-do approach.

• Fun and humble: we want to enjoy the journey together.
